I've had Rick from Re-Nu do my carpets for probably 10 years. He's a good worker, and a good friend. He does the carpets for us once a year, but he'll come by and check on me and my husband every once in awhile. He's never given us a bad time. If there ever was a problem, and there hasn't been, we'd feel free to go ahead and call him back. And I can, because I have his little sticker on my refrigerator. You better try him out!
