After much research, I decided to use Plateau Pest Control for my termite solutions. Tenting my home, I felt, this was the only long term process for the integrity of the house. Terry ( the owner) and I met by appointment and he confirmed that this was the appropriate method considering the age of the home (66 years) and no records that this house was ever tented. After a quick inspection, Terry gave me a quote on the spot. This quote was thousands of dollars "less" than expected and sealed the deal that day. Plateau was even willing to tent on a weekend to accommodate my schedule. All the pre-tenting work was done with text confirmation on appointments and never missed the time scheduled. The tenting crew was maticulous on following all state and federal guidelines and left no stone unturned for the safety of the contents in my home regarding foods, plants and medicines. I watched them expertly blanket the house prior to extermination on Friday. Most impressive was an employee came on Sunday at 9:00 pm to evacuate the gas by an installed reverse blower followed by a Monday morning appointment to remove tenting and give us safe access to our home. Days later Plateau came out again and install termite indicator pellets for a future inspection. All in all, Plateau is a top notch organization with commitment to excellence and I highly recommend them to anyone for there pest control needs. 5 star all the way in my book..
