I wanted to have my ac system checked just before the summer months to ensure the system was running efficient . I never had any issues with the system in the past , and was hesitate on who to call . I checked with neighbors and friends and heard about Encore . I called Encore , who arrived promptly and professional . The tech checked my system and cleaned the coils. The tech did what I asked him to do , and did not try to sell me a whole new unit . I was very pleased with the service, and if I have any future problems I will call Encore .... Thank you
