When our A/C died, they immediately sent a technician out. They did not have the part needed so the technician drove clear to the owner's house to get an identical part and returned promptly. He worked until 10:30pm that night to get our A/C working until the new parts came in. As soon as they came in, a technician came immediately out to replace.
