Pets Best, is truely a caring company. They treated me as if I were a friend when I had questions through tears about my dogs cancer diagnosis. I sent in my claim forms and within 11 days, I received my check and can rest easy knowing, I'm doing the best I can for my pet with Pets Best on my side. I'm glad I can choose my vet and not be tied to someone that I may not feel comfortable treating my pet.
