I called for an appointment early on a Monday morning as I had a day off and was offered an appointment for 11 am that same day. The technician was professional, personable and courteous. He helped move furniture and explained the process thoroughly before starting the vacuuming and cleaning process. The carpets were amazingly clean save for one area that neither of us expected would look completely new again. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will be following up on an annual basis.
