I seem to be in the minority but, my carpet was ruined by ChemDry in Novato. It now has a dark stain down the middle that was explained to me as a direction of pile issue. They neither offered to replace the carpet or refund the cleaning fee (paid before I saw the results) I would never recommend this company to anyone. The one star is because they were polite.
