The carpet looks always looks great, and I have a lot of cat stains. But here's something I've never experienced: 2 techs arrived to clean my carpets, and I overheard one tell the other not to plug the equipment into the outlets in my office, because of the computer equipment. I had just endured a major meltdown which cost thousands to repair. Don't know whether the outlets mattered, but I appreciated the concern.
