The rep did a terrific job. You did show outside the 2 hour window and you gave me a break on the price, thank you, but I would think that you would offer a better deal. For instance, if you are late, then the price is 50 percent. You see, you could lose a customer and get nothing. So I advise, if you are able to organize your time normally, then I would offer a way better deal. This suggests to a customer that you are late often and I would not recommend you to others. If you offer a great deal, then we think you are good at showing up on time. No brainer. Look at other business modles.
