The technician who did my last cleaning was very good. He got most of the spots out and the carpet looks much better.

One suggestion: He needs to be mindful of basic practices. He was careless about where he put things that were in the way, and in one case he put a black chair on a white bedspread, leaving black marks. He could have put the chair on a tile floor nearby.
Overall I am a satisfied customer of Chem-dry, have been for years.
