First, our couch cleaning which was $200 didnt work. The stain didnt come out at all and now other areas of the couch look dirty (as if it just spread the stain around).

Our carpets didnt get fully cleaned as it looks like a small area was missed. Also, the guys packed up the equipment before giving me a chance to get 2 additional rooms done. I told them the maids were here and if they were done with the kids rooms, I want those rooms cleaned as well. The guys said they were done and had put away most of the equipment so I would have to reschedule to get the other rooms done. That was lame.

But on a positive note, the guys were nice/pleasant and scheduleing was quick and easy.
