You guys did a great job on cleaning my carpet. You showed up on time, finished quickly and it looked great for the party I was throwing that night. My only complaint was that the person booking the appointment told me I would get a 10 discount off the price of $125.00 reducing it to $112.50. When the tech showed up he wouldnt honor that claiming that the discount didnt apply to a minimum job which this was. He didnt even bother to call the office to confirm what I had been told. Pretty frustrating.
