It was a pleaseure to work with Chem Dry of Marin. Peter is fun to talk to and 100 professional. My cat had several "accidents" that left a bad smell. He listened and understood exactly what I needed.
Bobby arrived exactly on time and could not have been nicer. He cleaned and sanitized the whole area and explained the whole process to me. There was a small residual of smell several days later so Bobby came out right away and re-did the process again. He was so nice and did a beautiful job. My carpet is fresh and oder free and looks great!
