I purchased Silhouette blinds from Ken for a sliding door and a large window. Ken showed me several different products and options and was very patient as I decided on the style and color that I wanted. He brought samples that showed how the shades worked and how they would look, whether open or closed, up or down. It was great to be able to see the actual product in my house. He thought through the best way to fit the blinds to the windows and took his time to measure carefully, so everything fits perfectly. His prices were excellent. We are very happy with our blinds and will definitely call Ken if we need window coverings in the future.
