Scott Fowler and his team provided an excellent mortgage product and worked with us through to completion. This is the second mortgage refinance I've done with them. My only issue was that the lender went beyond the rate lock date and it had to keep being extended. Horizon probably couldn't have prevented it, but I wish communication about the date and how we were going to handle it was better. Closing went well when it occurred.
