Larry, from Express Carpet Cleaning, was flexible and very responsive. I had him clean two of my houses, and they were not fun to clean. He was extremely accommodating, and that is what I enjoyed about him.

The houses look great. I think that Larry is a joy to work with and a really nice man. He is flexible, likable, and accommodating, which is important to me.
