The mechanics in the shop and the office manager will talk through what your car needs for service so that you can make an informed decision about how much to spend and when to spend it. It is the kind of shop where I have never had to leave with that sick feeling in my gut because I think someone is taking advantage of me. Prices are fair. Work is done promptly, done well, and when a problem does arise, they will go back at it to get it right.
