I've been working with George from B & G for ten years, and I think he deserves a 5+ at least. He's always backed everything he'd done for me. I couldn't tell you in how many homes, and these were half-million dollar homes, and he's done about fifty hardwood floors for me. George has always been on time, and he delivers the product as promised. I think we had one or two issues in all those years, and he took care of them, no questions asked. As a matter of fact, he's working on another for me right now.
