The technician that Brothers Cleaning Service sent out was very agreeable and professional. He took extra pains to take out an area rug that was old and needed special attention. He told us it was a nice rug, so he was complimentary as well. He did the wall-to-wall carpet very nicely, but this rug was an extra problem to deal with, and he handled it well.
