We recently moved to Pittsford after living in NJ for more than 60 years (wife) and 46 for me at the end of July. Moving into a situation where we needed to rely on others for advice can be complex. In this process we were referred to Pride by our real estate professional. After contacting Pride, David V. was designated as our Senior Plumbing Technician. There was no doubt in our minds as to his knowledge and expertise level. He properly suggested three resolutions to our immediate problem and installed the option that we suggested. He was pleasant, worked at an appropriate pace and did a wonderful job in replacing our toilet. We will certainly be using Pride and David V. for our future plumbing needs.
