I just recently found out I am chemical sensitive, but have bought non-toxic/eco friendly products for the past few years, due to my baby boy. Once I went into this store I imediately felt a big weight lifted off my shoulders! Gerard and his daughter are very knowleadgable and are really there to help! They understood my problems and for once I didn't feel like the crazy person my wife thinks I am.

I had installed new carpet in my basement, before I knew I was chem sensitive and the off-gassing was making me very sick. I needed help with this and Gerard suggested I change the pad, because that's the main source. I scheduled to have my padding replaced with wool padding at a discount. I had to have this installed without my wife knowing, because she's not bothered by this and she litterally doesn't smell anything, so again she thinks I'm crazy. The pad was replaced and there was a noticable difference in cushion and knew my wife would find out. I called Gerard and he suggested the soy based pad and actually installed it at cost! Other companies would have charged installation as well. He also had paint and other cleaners delivered to my house with the padding, so I didn't have to drive all the way to his store.

I have another baby boy due soon and I will continue to shop at EcoClean for information and products.
