We have used Riverbend 2 times now and had greay experience. Very prompt on scheduling your vehicle repair and customer service with communicating through out the experience. Last week i brought my vehicle in for a new rear bumper, my explorer was backed into at work. They only had my vehicle for a day and when i picked it up it looked brand new!
