Gordie and his team at Mass Carpet Care did a fabulous job for our radio stations. Half of our building has the original carpet from our build out in 1997, the rest of the building has new carpet just put in this past June. The old carpet had stains from coffee, tracked in mud and marks from construction around our building and driveway over the past few years. We hadn't had it professionally cleaned in 5 years and Gordie and his team made it look almost new again! You can hardly tell which carpet is new and which is 10 years old! He took the time needed to make it right. It's obvious that Gordie backs his work and has a passion and professionalism needed to do the job right. In these days where customer service rarely delivers what you expect, Mass Carpet Care over delivered for us. I know he's also done some homes for some of our staff and they say the same great things! He came t clean our building after a long 10 hour day doing carpets at the University of Wisconsin Campus and did a tremendouse job! Gordie knows what he's talking about, fair price, excellent service and outstanding results. I would recommend Mass Carpet Care for any business or home!
