We have been a Blanton customer for a couple of years. Our heat pump was getting old and was needing service almost every year. We were not happy with the company we had been using. A co-worker recommended Blanton and we have been with them ever since. They come when they say they will. They cover their shoes when they come in. They give you all your options and let you make you own decision. We just had a new heat pump installed. The price was good, it had a sizeable rebate. It is running great.
They came back a few days later to be sure everything was good and answer any questions we had. They helped us set up our thermostat and taught me how do to it. I am not very tech savy, so this was very much appreciated.
