The only thing I had an issue with was we had a fan go out in the system. It was cold, they told me it would be about 3 days to get the new fan in. They ended up finding one the same day, I don't know who they got it from but they got it in for me and got me warm. The customer service is very good. I enjoy my unit. It keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the summer and spring.
