Found out that my car had been totaled. Julie is very exceptional in her job role. She contacted my insurance company and advised them on the condition of my car. She had noticed the exceptional care I had given my car while I had own it. Her staff noticed that just days prior to the accident that I had just had new tires all around, a full tune up, and also a detail done to the car. Because of her contacting the insurance company, they gave me approx 3K more on the settlement. They didn't have to do this but it is this personal attention to the customer that impressed me the most. I felt bad the insurance had listed the accident as "totaled" as I would of certainly gotten my car repaired there. They are very professional and have my confidence in referring or using their services in the future.
