Our heater went out and the next morning when I called Diamond they came out within the hour and within about four or five hours we had a new heater system installed and it works excellent. They played a part in saving our lives. I was just diagnosed with carbon monoxide poisoning by my doctor. It appears that our old heater may have been the cause. We are now carbon monoxide free. Thanks John Wheeler for doing a quality installation.
