I purchased a new AC about 2 years ago from Champion. I had 2 major issues with the unit and I was so displeased that I asked for a new unit. Champion made me a good offer on a new unit even though they were not obligated to so. My cost was basically about 2 years of depreciation. This was a far better deal then I would have received any where else.
