I have called this company 3 times recently, and had 3 different people work on our A/C units. Shawn was the most recent one to work on our system, and have had both Rene and Brad out. Each one had been professional and efficient and explained the various problems and solved them. The office staff are also great, and do their best to schedule appointments ASAP, and notify you when the tech is en route. I would highly recommend this company.
