First, the responsiveness of the company is something I haven't seen before. Second, Gerald immediately recognized the issue and went to work fixing the issue. He was very thorough in doing a courtesy check on the rest of the system. His excellent customer service and knowledge and expertise of A/C service has made us a new customer!
