Bear Carpet did an excellent job of removing 99.99 of the Blue Ink from the carpet. I was amazed they removed as much ink as they did. Initially, I thought I was going to have to replace all the "NEW" carpet that was installed last July 21, 2010.
Bear Carpet left me with a small bottle of Carpet Cleaning Chemical that I will spray on at night so it can dry the necessary 8 hours before my dogs can on the carpet.
I'm really gratefull for the fantastic job Bear Carpet did in removing the ink stains from my carpet.
I do have before photo's of the damaged carpet and blue ink on my two dogs and after photo's. I'd be willing to share these with anybody to show what a great job Bear Carpet did in remobving the blue ink...
