Hired Raymond and his crew after discovering bed bugs in my bedroom some months ago. Raymond came out, confirmed that I had bed bugs and we set up a plan. He didn't try to oversell, recommending only what he thought was needed. I'm a believer in his heat treatment. Minimal use of pesticides. Have had no signs of bed bugs since, which are notoriously tough to get rid off. His crew was polite and helped me, at no charge, with some additional precautions there weren't a part of our service agreement. Raymond kept himself available for questions throughout the process.
