Poor Customer Service- Lack of responsiveness
Did a good job on the windows and offered to have Screens redone- I thought it would be convenient- they said screens were too old and couldn't be redone.
It has been 2 weeks and they haven't returned the screens. 4 calls including 1 to owner went unanswered.
