Hal's Auto Care is absolutely honest. I have been going there for probably 7 or 8 years, and sometimes the price ends up lower than what I expected. They might get in there and realized that they don't have to do all the repairs, so they are honest and lower the price. This is a very pleasant surprise when I have already agreed to something higher.

They also stand behind everything they do. I have had an issue where something went wrong, and Hal's Auto Care completely stood behind their work and fixed it.

They treat women very well, so that if I go in there and don't know very much about the car I never feel as though they will take advantage of me. They are completely upfront. They do what they need to in order to get the car on the road and running as long as you want it and as well as you want it. They are not just going for a short term fix.
