Koss Collision Center was extremely helpful. They did a fantastic job on my car. Obviously, they knew what they were doing. Several tricky things arose both with my insurance and mechanically with my car, and they were just really on top of it.

They figured some stuff out. They don't usually work on BMWs; they usually do Mercedes, but they figured it out. The insurance company wasn't going to pay for some adhesives, and they didn't even skip a beat. They said they would do the work and get it paid for. It was just absolutely first-rate. I was down there every other day, and they welcomed me, were happy to see me, and knew me by name. They're great guys.
