I had a spray nozzle on a kitchen sink with a leak. They quoted me $120 to fix + $40 for the service call for a total of $160.
I purchased the parts from Lowe's for $15, and changed it myself in 30 min.
I can understand marking up labor charges for a decent profit, but $160 was just way too much. I probably would have paid $80 - $100 to fix my problem.
