Service was taken care of in an efficient manner by a very competent technician, but the price seems too high to me.
I had my gas water heater replaced.
The technician quoted two options: one with a 6 year warranty, one with a 12 year warranty. I elected the 6 year warranty option due to it's lower cost. I did not get quotes from other conpanies, but wish I had.
When I compare the retail price of the same size gas water heater at a home improvement store and add in their installation cost, I feel like I could've had my water heater replaced at about one half the price I paid.
Again, I have no complaint about the quality of the work, but I do not feel like I got a good value for the money I spent.
