Carlton came out to figure out why my disposal was backing up AND water flowing down my wall in the basement. Did a great job explaining the problem. Unfortunately he had to get into the wall and reroute and replace a ton of pipes. Everything works great. It was a huge job and he stayed until 10:30pm - thanks Mr. C
