Carlton replaced our leaking hot water heater. He showed up promptly at the beginning of the time frame given us, and called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was very courteous, even using shoe covers upon entering. The instillation was done quickly and cleanly without any problems. There was no mess to clean up when he was done. The price was as good or better than other quotes I was able to get. I also liked that a pricing list was available online, something that I was not able to find with their competitors.
