Impressed with Mike Sloan and ASI Plumbing. After experiencing near record low temperatures over the last few days our shower stopped working. Came home this afternoon to the sound of running water flooding into our pantry. Freaking out, we googled Louisville Plumbers. I called 5 companies in all. The first four said they couldn't get to me until the next day. ASI was the 5th company I called. They said they could be at my house tonight, although late. Mike Sloan showed up around 9:15PM in good spirits considering the cold and the hour of night. He surveyed all the pipes/valves, located the burst pipe, changed it out and tested by running water in all bathrooms and sinks in the home. It really was that simple. Highly impressed with Mike and ASI plumbing. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
