I have bought 2 cars from Neil's Finance Plaza, I am on the second car now. They have made the payments so that I can afford them. When I was working they made sure that it was within my budget, and when I was laid off they lowered them so that I wouldn't be stressed. Anytime I have trouble making a payment I call them, and then I can double up later. I think I am one of their best customers.

I would always recommend them for getting great cars. Their mechanics are great. The total experience looking for a car was fantastic. They are always so pleasant when I come in the door, even if it is to make a payment. I can pay over the phone or drop it off. Everyone is so courteous and asks if I need anything or if I would like something to drink. I like their customer service.

Jeannie, who handles my account, is outstanding. It is not just about me making my car payments. She asks how I am doing, and how my family is doing. We talk like friends, which is very important.
