Utopia Management Inc have been really great in explaining and walking me through the property management process.They did a fine job marketing, finding, and placing tenant in my property. Andrew also was very helpful and accommodating. He did well in keeping me posted on property and progress of the tenant situation. Very satisfied so far as a new owner.
