I called Cogburns Service General yesterday afternoon and explained to the girl who answers the phone that I need someone to get out here and give me an estimate to replace my ac unit. She said she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, and not ten minutes later, Mr Cogburn himself called and said he would like to come by and talk. I said, "name your day" and he told me he could come by in a few minutes.

He came over and we talked for the better part of an hour. He really impressed me. He asked questions, and there was no stumbling around. He answers point blank, whether or not it is what you want to hear. He was very helpful.
