I've used Rightway to service my furnace and air conditioning unit for several years. The last three service appointments have been disappointing. The technician did not clean up after himself, left the cover of the furnace off, left a sharp metal shard on the basement floor, broke the shut-off valve to my main water supply, so that I was without water pressure for a week & had to call a plumber to repair the problem. My last service was for duct cleaning. The truck necessary to perform this function arrived here late because of "mechanical problems" & then could not provide the suction necessary because the truck battery had died. A new battery had to be procured and installed before the service was performed. The cost of the duct cleaning was three times what I was quoted by another company. Whether it was superior cleaning, I'm not sure. It took less than an hour to complete once the truck was finally working. Experiences like these have not boosted my confidence in this company.
