I have used Dolan, Inc since moving to Somerset Run 12 years ago. I have been very satisfied with the annual maintenance contract which includes tuneup of the HVAC system, AC in spring and Heating in fall. Appointments are easy to schedule, service technicians are prompt, courteous, professional and neat. I have also used them to repair and replace HVAC components. They are a bit pricey, but I learned a long time ago that you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Dolan, Inc.
