your rep came to my house around 730p. he immediately determined i had a blockage in my line and said he would need to use the camera to find location. my house, built in 70's doesn't have clean outs & camera only goes 100'. after 1 1/2hr & $449 he said he would have to come back next day and dig up my yard, add clean out and possibly tear up my driveway. thankfully the other company i called had 200' camera. found no roots in line just what he referred to as a soft clog. i guess more profit for your company bringing out the big equipment than investing in longer camera line. i would like my money back from you.
