The initial contact with the staff and the work performed was great.
Jerry Biondo was the service person who reported at the appointed day and on time. He was extremely helpful in identifying the problem and what the options were. He volunteered to come back on Sunday do what he could to stop the leaking solar panel until I can get a solar expert and a roofer to complete the repair.
