Counsil is more expensive than my local plumbing service.
However, Vic and Jessie were wonderful, professional and very efficient and pleasant. You should know that they spoke VERY HIGHLY of their employers, company and co-workers. My only complaint is that the bill was double what I generally pay. But my guys were not available, and Counsil stepped in right away and took care of my problem. Thank you.
