Overall, Renaissance Builders did a real good job of coordinating everything. I'd say they're average in drywall work, and everything else went really smoothly. One thing I liked is they were willing to make suggestions, but if I wanted to go a different way, they didn't argue with me. Some of the suggestions I thought were shortcuts, but not all of them, but I didn't mind that as long as they do what I tell them to do.
