I wouldn't be using them again. The tech asked if I would like the ac cleaned for an additional $250. He recommended it as it probably hadn't been done and would increase the warranty of repair from 1 month to 6 months. I assumed it involved opening up the unit and cleaning. Cleaning involved sppraying the exterior with a water hose. And took all of 10 mins. I told the tech to stop. And he said he was done. I felt cheated. Called the office to talk to someone and it fell on deaf ears. Was essentially told it made sense.
